LEARNEW LED Quality inspection process
1. Receive PMC materials, including silver glue, chips, substrates, and other auxiliary materials.
2. IQC inspects raw materials
3. Silver glue needs to be cured and baked.
4. After baking, adjust the lead binding machine, then OQC first inspection, and after production is completed, OQC inspects all leads.
5. Adjust the dam machine, after adjusting the machine, OQC first inspection, and then dam production. After production is completed, OQC spot checks.
6. Baking is required after the dam is completed.
7. After baking, adjust the sealing machine, then OQC first inspection, and then the sealing machine starts production. After production is completed, OQC will conduct a full inspection.
8. After all products are produced, OQC will inspect them all.
9. Test and light up all products to ensure that every piece of product can be lit and free of impurities
10. Before and after packaging, the product will be fully inspected by OQC before shipment.
